Sales
When AussieAgent refers Buyers to the Supplier, any resulting sales from this referral will be subject to commission. If the Buyer permits the Supplier to supply the "Buyers product" to third parties, any sales the Supplier has to third parties will be treated as sales to the Buyer and subject to commission.
Commission
Commission is to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date on sales to the Buyer or third party purchasers and is non refundable. The rate of commission is 2.5% calculated on the total invoice amount excluding freight, delivery, and insurance.
Disputes
In matters of dispute an arbitrator appointed by the Supplier will be allowed to investigate the Suppliers records and issue a report to AussieAgent, any cost incurred will be the responsibility of the Supplier.
Dispute arbitration will be restricted to matters of consequence as determined by the arbitrator.
Term of contract
This contract remains in perpetuity with the terms subject to change by mutual agreement.
Change of ownership
In the event of the Supplier disposing of the business the new owner will be deemed to be subject to this agreement.
